Property Staging Consultation

This includes a 2-hour appointment for $350 for me to come into your home and offer advice on how to optimise your space and provide advice for you to organise your own house for sale.

Partial Staging

Already have some furniture but need everything to be finessed and cohesive. I can provide the finishing touches to help complement your existing furniture.

Full Staging

Completely empty home and needing it fully fitted out? This service is for you.

What’s the process?

Stage One – Let’s Chat

Bree will send you a client questionnaire before your phone call. You will fill this in with the most detail you can and you will be required to send a realestate.com link and floor plan. We will then proceed with a phone call to better understand your home and the requirements for your property.

Stage Two – Quote Sent to You

A flat rate quote will be sent to you and if you would like to proceed I will come to your property and plan what furniture and finishes will be required to optimise your space to its highest potential.

Your furniture and final touches will be sourced and we will book you in for an installation date. Bree will have a team on-site to ensure the installation runs smoothly and your home is presented beautifully and ready for your real-estate photos.

Stage Three – Property Styling Installation
